I bought Flex M. I had couple of problem
1- I bought all system of Flex M. But the company without my permission sent me old version. I could not solve this problem. I can not return the old version to receive new version was already in market
2- Even though they sent me old version The company did not send me flex M’s attachment Dilution apparatus . I was told that I need to buy separately additional $600 But why? I bought all set of system.
3 They did not send me the essential chip.
The system is a very user friendly and suitable for LNP synthesis, especially for fluidic optimization for the synthesis.
there is no manual . it is hard to assembly
