PreciGenome offers air-tight reservoir kits which allow pressurization of standard centrifuge tubes for microfluidic applications.
 
The kit includes a microfluidic adapter which allows the use of 50 ml polypropylene Falcon tubes in microfluidic systems. It uses standard 1/4”-28 fittings which may be interfaced with any pressure source.
 
Different versions are available: 1.5/2ml, 15 ml (Falcon tubes), 50 ml (Falcon tubes), and 100+ ml (bottles with GL45 thread.)
 
2 port version:
(1x) 50 mL Falcon tube microfluidic adapter with two 1/4"-28 threaded ports
(2x) 50 mL Falcon tubes (polypropylene)
 
3 port version:
(1x) 50 mL Falcon tube microfluidic adapter with three 1/4"-28 threaded ports.
(2x) 50 mL Falcon tubes (polypropylene)
 
Note: 1/4"-28 fittings and microfluidic tubing are NOT included.
