EGFP circular RNA (circRNA)
Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) is a naturally occurring protein. It was first isolated from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria in 1962. Since then, GFP and its variants have become essential tools for studying biological processes at the molecular and cellular level.
Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP) is a variant of GFP that was developed in 1995 by Roger Tsien and colleagues. EGFP RNA is widely used in molecular and cell biology research as a fluorescent reporter. Its bright and stable fluorescence makes it an essential tool for studying gene expression, protein localization, and other biological processes.
EGFP circular RNA (circRNA) expresses an enhanced green fluorescent protein (Ex: 488nm, Em: 507nm). EGFP circRNA can be used as fluorescence reporter sequence in RNA therapeutics and delivery system development projects. The EGFP mRNA product is designed to provide researchers with a high-quality and reliable source of this critical tool for their experiments.
