CD274/PD-L1 mRNA-LNP is a ready-to-use lipid nanoparticle formulation containing CD274 (Programmed Death-Ligand 1 / PD-L1, also known as B7-H1) mRNA, designed for efficient cellular transfection and in vivo delivery applications. CD274/PD-L1 is a key immune checkpoint protein that plays a critical role in suppressing adaptive immune responses and regulating tumor immune evasion. After transfection in vitro or endosomal escape in vivo, the mRNA is released and translated into PD-L1 protein.
