SARS COV-2 mRNA-LNP can facilitate transfection of encapsulated SARS COV-2 mRNA into cells or in vivo delivery. After transfection in vitro or endosomal escape in vivo, mRNA can be released and translated into SARS COV-2 protein.
 
The LNP’s used are formulated with, Ionizable lipid, DSPC, cholesterol, and DMG-PEG2000 at optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient mRNA delivery.

This product is suitable for research of mRNA delivery, translation efficiency, cell viability, etc.
