saCas9 mRNA (Cap1, m1Ψ)
This saCas9 mRNA encodes a wild-type Staphylococcus aureus Cas9 (saCas9) enzymatic protein. Used together with a purified guide RNA (gRNA), it directs site-specific recognition and cleavage of target genomic DNA for CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing in cells.
Designed for efficient in vitro transfection, PreciGenome's saCas9 mRNA provides a high-quality, ready-to-use alternative to plasmid- or protein-based Cas9 delivery. Its Cap1-capped, poly(A)-tailed, m1Ψ-modified design supports high translation efficacy while minimizing innate immune activation — a research-grade tool for CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing, gene knockout, and functional gene-editing studies.
