Inline Bubble Trap — 25 µL, PEEK, EZMount
Vents free gas and air bubbles out of a flowing liquid line without interrupting flow. Bubbles rise to a hydrophobic 10 µm PTFE membrane and escape to atmosphere — passively, or faster with vacuum on the dry side. Removes free bubbles only, not dissolved gases.
 
Best for: low flow and precious media below ~1 mL/min — organ-on-chip, single-cell perfusion, long culture runs. Smallest hold-up volume we offer.

⚠️ Mount it vertically — both fluid ports at the lowest point, air vent facing up. Bubbles can only reach the membrane if they can rise to it. Horizontal or vent-down mounting is the most common reason a trap seems not to work.
