Anti-CD19 CAR mRNA-LNP can facilitate transfection of encapsulated anti-CD19 CAR mRNA into cells or in vivo delivery. After transfection in vitro or endosomal escape in vivo, mRNA can be released and translated into protein.
 
The LNP’s used are formulated with, Ionizable lipid, DSPC, cholesterol, and DMG-PEG2000 at optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient mRNA delivery.

This product is suitable for research of mRNA delivery, translation efficiency, cell viability, etc.
