mCherry Self-Amplifying RNA saRNA (5mCTP, Cap 1)

mCherry, a vivid red monomeric fluorescent protein, emerged from directed evolution of DsRed. With its rapid maturation, results are observable shortly after transfection or transcription activation. Notably, mCherry exhibits high photostability and resistance to photobleaching, as documented by Shaner et al. in 2004.
