Liver Targeted FLuc mRNA Antibody-Conjugated Premade Lipid Nanoparticle Kit is a 5 component LNP loaded with FLuc mRNA (m1Ψ) has liver specific targeting effect after systemic administration.
 
The LNP is formulated with main ionizable lipid of SM102 and DODAP.  
 
The payload FLuc mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases 100% modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m1Ψ). This LNP formulation showed enhanced delivery of liver organ after in vivo delivery.
