Liver Targeted EGFP mRNA Antibody-Conjugated Premade Lipid Nanoparticle Kit is a 5 component LNP loaded with EGFP mRNA (m1Ψ) has liver specific targeting effect after systemic administration.
The LNP is formulated with main ionizable lipid of SM102 and DODAP.
The payload EGFP mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m1Ψ). This LNP formulation showed enhanced delivery of liver organ after in vivo delivery.
