EGFP circRNA-LNP Premade Lipid Nanoparticle
EGFP circRNA-LNP can facilitate transfection of encapsulated EGFP circRNA into cells or in vivo delivery. After transfection in vitro or endosomal escape in vivo, circRNA can be released and translated into protein.
The LNP’s used are formulated with, Ionizable lipid, DSPC, cholesterol, and DMG-PEG2000 at optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient circRNA delivery.
This product is suitable for research of circRNA delivery, translation efficiency, cell viability, etc.
