Inline Bubble Trap — 25 µL, PEEK, Standard, sterile
Vents free gas and air bubbles out of a flowing liquid line without interrupting flow. Bubbles rise to a hydrophobic 10 µm PTFE membrane and escape to atmosphere — passively, or faster with vacuum on the dry side. Removes free bubbles only, not dissolved gases.
 
🌱 Supplied sterile. Autoclaved and sealed in a sterilization pouch with a Class 5 process integrator; re-autoclavable. Not supplied to a validated sterility assurance level — validate for your application. Not sterile if the pouch is open, damaged or wet.
 
Best for: sterile low-flow and precious-media work below ~1 mL/min — organ-on-chip, single-cell perfusion, cabinet work where a non-sterile part in the flow path is unacceptable.

⚠️ Mount it vertically — both fluid ports at the lowest point, air vent facing up. Bubbles can only reach the membrane if they can rise to it. Horizontal or vent-down mounting is the most common reason a trap seems not to work.

Replacement membranes: 10 µm PTFE, 5/pk — non-sterile or sterile.
